Increasing consciousness to protect the environment for the next generation has made everyone think seriously to control these toxic media which are normally let into the atmosphere through leakages. One of the major concerns is leakage through gland packing of valves. Irrespective of design and variety of gland sealing material, conventional valves leak by virtue of design.

Today Bellow Seal is considered as the most reliable method to contain the media seepage into atmosphere. Conventional valve design is modified to accommodate a metallic bellow as primary seal with backseat and gland packing as second and third seal. This triple seal arrangement has given desired effect in reducing the leakages far below than minimum value specified. This success has given us more confidence and made us think innovatively. Even quarter turn valves are considered to have bellow seal arrangement.

SG Bellow Seal Valves are designed and made keeping in mind the critically of applications where leakages to atmosphere cannot be tolerated. The fluids on which valves are to be used are usually dangerous, inflammable or sublime in nature to take steps for zero leaks. A special bellow is used to seal valve internal surfaces from the atmosphere.
